Adding/editing/removing coordinators requires the admin passcode.
Use {{customerName}} (first name) and {{plots}} in the body; use {{projectLabel}} (WSO code, place and postcode — not the customer's name) in the subject. If {{plots}} is omitted, the plot list is appended automatically. The two "Visit" templates (sent when a balancing date is entered, and the day before it) additionally support {{plotDates}} (each plot with its own date, in place of {{plots}}) and {{calendarLinks}} ("add to calendar" links) — both are appended automatically if omitted, same as {{plots}}.
